[1] Some restrictions apply; the 405 will always have terrible traffic. (It will have terrible traffic even after all the humans die in the Zombie Apocalypse.) Also, some holiday weekends everyone leaves LA at the same time on Friday night and drives back late Sunday (or Monday) night.
